Hot Stone Full Body Massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly. As a bonus we include a Peppermint foot soak & scrub at the start of your treatment.

Himalayan Salt Rock Massage
Our full body Himalayan Salt Stone Massage relaxes as it balances the central nervous system. It uses hand carved salt crystals from one of the most pristine environments in the world - salt caves deep below the Himalayan Mountains. This massage treatment combines thermal therapy, salt therapy and reflexology. The salt stones are warmed in a beautiful Salt Crystal Lamp bowl or basket and are used on strategic points and in specific combinations to balance the body's energy pathways and electromagnetic field. This results in very deep relaxation, improved sleep and reduced inflammation in addition to mild detoxification and exfoliation.
